Our Terms and Conditions

1. For COD customers, you are also required to bank in the total amount of purchase.

2. Price quoted is fixed and not negotiable.

3. Double check your order before submitting

4. For pre-order, stocks will only arrive within 2 to 4 weeks after payment made. Do not order for pre-stock if you are not conmfortable with the waiting period.

5. No refund after payment made.

6. You are given 3 days to pay in after our confirmation of receiving your order. Your order(s) shall be canceled if payment is not received after the given deadline.

7. Please inform us through email (only) after you have made your payment. Include the date, time, amount, reference number, etc. Failure to do so might result in cancellation of your order(s) as we do not know who the unknown payment is from.

8. Please keep all receipts and proof of cash transfer for future reference.

9. Products sold are not refundable or returnable.

10. We shall not be responsible for any damage or loss of product during the delivery period.

11. Pls check your contact lenses within 2 days after you received it. No refund after sealed is open, but we will replace for those torn/defected lens.
